Our first P&O cruise was wonderful, This cruise was a special Anniversary for us and being at Christmas we thought it would be extra special. All of it was a complete & utter let down the buffet food was just not up to standard over cooked, not hot enough, especially the dessert section all of it was just synthetic tasteless crap, if you chose a hot dessert it would always be cold with lukewarm custard. Also no turkey on Christmas Day WHAT!! Waterfront Restaurant could never book a table for the early session, the food again disappointing one of the main meals (steak) couldn't eat it tough as old boots, no Christmas atmosphere whatsoever. All the trips were booked up, we were told we could have booked online beforehand we weren't told this. Entertainment what entertainment? a few name that tune evenings, The bingo was the hi light because of Mathew. I think this has completely put us off cruises, such a waste of money.
