As Celebrity Elite Plus, we have experienced a transition in Celebrity cruises from peaceful and relaxing to LOUD at a point that it is difficult to find a quiet place to relax and read a book. Every event has the volume so loud we found it necessary to wear ear plugs.

The ship itself was great, the food was superior, the staff very helpful and friendly....our only point of dissatisfaction was the noise level.

In the evening in our stateroom and also in walking the passageway to our stateroom, we would constantly hear the boom, boom, boom of heavy bass. If we visited a lounge we found it impossible to carry on a conversation due to the high volume.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 2

Cabin A2

Excellent, with excellent stateroom attendant service. The only issue we had was that the loud music from the Sky View lounge could be heard. The constand "boom, boom, boom" from the bass would go on into the wee hours of the morning.

We had picked a stateroom where we knew there wouldn't be any activity directly above us in the late night, but the Sky View was two decks above, and they were so loud the noise penetrated through that entire forward part of the ship.
