We sailed on the Dawn before and loved it. Decided on the 10-day cruise to celebrate some major life milestones. Staff, ship and excursions were awesome.

We did run into what appeared to be food and drink provision issues. First night in the steak house, we couldn't order certain cuts of meat as they didn't have them. The Mexican restaurant ran out of Mexican beer. We saw certain salad items, fruits, etc. disappear from the buffet during the cruise. We even ran out of vanilla ice cream. Looked like they ordered food for 7 days to cover a 10 day cruise.

Richard, the cruise director, was the greatest we have experienced in the 17 cruises we have taken. His personality is awesome!! He is so friendly and engaging and truly loved interacting with all the passengers.
