Sail Date: Feb 2019
Cabin: Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

Booked using Cruise Next Coupon and the room afforded us 4 specialty meals, as well as 2 more for being platinum level. Sailed this large ship once before but never had an issue with dining reservations. We attempted to reserve four meals 3 weeks prior to sailing, but were only given reservations for times we did not request or want. Once onboard, we tried to change to other times but were told all were booked, except for 9:30PM (too late). went to the dining desk several times and were told nothing was available at any time. Also, the interactive boards corroborated this with all red dots.

In addition, the Haven occupies so much space up front that little remains for most clients. The main pool is extremely small since the Haven occupies most of the front of the ship. This also eliminates the Spinnaker lounge, which we frequented on prior ships. Again, due to the Haven, the main pool area is totally inadequate for this passenger capacity. (4,000 guests).

Unacceptable shore excursion - Grand Cayman ( Catamaran and Sting Ray on the Cockatoo). A real ripoff.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

aside from too much furniture on the balcony- the room was good. Some ppl c/o noise from the H2O spice, but it did not bother me.
