From the start of booking my cruise I have had endless problems, The contact Centre was extremely incompetent, they have changed my dinner seating, mixed my cabins up cost me additional money as when I booked the prices were lower. On arrival my cabin was dirty, I had to get new sheets and the floors vacuumed, Workers rude to us on the ship when we tried to make our baby food hot (we carried our own sealed food), we were told to go away. On the first night, my wife waited for 45 minutes for the food to be made hot. Common areas were stinky and not cleaned thoroughly (The deck on some days smelled like sewerage). No baby facility as requested for my room (e.g. Cot) I had called several times requesting this. Entertainment very poor compared to previous trips, shows were not even full. Food was excellent, improvement since my last cruise. Well done. Waiters were good, children enjoyed the kids entertainment. . Excellent service from Puttu, SuperJana (Dinner)and BanBang(Cabin). . The service from the buffet staff was unbelievable, they refused to assist with baby chairs and any assistance in cleaning up of the tables. We cleaned up and had to sort our tables out. Completely opposite to the dinner. Out of my 3 experiences this was my worst. I don't think I will be booking a cruise with MSC after this experience
Not very clean, Sheets not changed. Balcony was left with previous dirt.
BanBang came and assisted , kept the cabin clean through the week.
