The ship was very clean, I know it's pretty new but things were always picked up. no litter. With 4 thousand people on board, that's quite an accomplishment. Crew were just marvelous. Service was great, everyone and I do mean everyone happy smile and a good attitude. We had no problems with anything on the ship. We had an accessibility room that was well laid out and spacious. All the restaurants were great. We went to many of the speciality restaurants and the buffet. My wife especially loved the Teppanyaki for food and fun.

The ONLY complaint was the transportation to the airport after d'embarcation, that was supplied by a third party contractor. That was, what we usually called in the military, "A Goat Rope". There was no coordination, everyone stood around wondering where the transport busses to the airport were. Think about it, a thousand or so people standing in the sun wondering "when and where". Not a good way to end a really great cruise. Note to all, at the end of cruise take a taxi to the airport.
