We chose this holiday cruise to celebrate Christmas and my birthday. The ship was beautiful and big..It was decorated with the festive flair. Embarkation was seamless. The main restaurant in the top deck was too congested with people. Finally after finding a seat to enjoy our breakfast we hear a loud speaker message stating not to linger because other people had to eat.Not nice. The specialty restaurants were very nice. We used 3 of them. Food was good .. We had a junior suite in the front of the ship, 12 floor.We were disappointed. The stateroom was small. The bathroom was tiny in comparison to other ships we have been on. There was a bad body odor in the room. We figured it was the carpet. We asked if it could be cleaned and they said yes. They did clean the carpet which took care of the problem but that left the room damp and with a disinfectant odor. We then came down with a serious sinusitis and had to start antibiotics. We made the best of it. Would we do it again? No.Mega ship? No.. Royal Caribbean cruises ? Yes..Ports of call..were fair. Conzumel was the best. Roattan was the worse. It looked like the port surroundings would collapse at any moment. We stayed in the ship. Staff was good.
