We arrived a day early to enjoy some of the city of Miami, first time being that far south Florida. Great stay at the Blue Lagoon Hilton and dinner at Hard Rock. Awesome time.

Embarkment day very excited because this was my birthday cruise. Arriving at Miami port was very easy from the hotel. I brought family and friends with me, and we made it on the Bliss in record time, 45 minutes, from check in to on board. We all were first timers for Norwegian. We were met with smiling faces right off especially after telling the crew that it was my birthday all week, LOL. Our impression of the ship right from the get go was beautiful. Our stateroom was spacious and welcoming. The only thing about this cruise that was disappointing was the comfort of the bed. It was a week long cruise and most of the time spent with some kind of discomfort due to the mattress. The rest was wonderful with many different activities we had yet to experience from other cruises. These activities included a two lane bowling alley, a inner tube water slide and a go cart track. We ran out of time to enjoy the laser tag oh well maybe next time. The food was exceptional with a wide variety and outside dinning which was awesome given the warm weather. All in all a great ship with great service from all crew members.
