Had a wonderful time on my first MSC, the Seaside so booked the Divina. Was very disappointed in several things on the ship.... yet I did meet many very nice staff..... but.... never received any of the scheduled/promised events, including the Cruse Critic meet and greet... the "Black Card" party nor the "Voyager". There were NO upgraded amenities... not even a "bar" of soap. My cabin steward was excellent and did as good as possible. Also the Next Cruise person was very informative and helpful. Also met the Captain and Staff Captain, quite by accident and they were very professional and nice. The ship was very well appointed and clean. Just the overall delivery of what was documented as part of the cruise just didn't happen. Unfortunately I booked another cruise... and I am contemplating just letting the deposit go. Loved the Garden Adult bar on deck 15.... spacious, great service and good "hours".
