NCL is our cruise line of choice and we love the latitudes program. All of our NCL cruises to date have been great until this one. The entertainment was for the most part poor and gross at times. The extra charges were never ending. The casino is midship and the smoke was terrible.
The atrium played host to a continuous stream of game shows and "entertainment" all of which were so noisy it was unbearable. The atrium also has the internet café, a loud bar, and all of the onboard services like cruise next desk, reservations etc. This area was so loud we could not work with staff to book another cruise on board as no place is provided to be able to hear or sit down with someone to make an informed decision.
There was a lot of good on the ship too but the smoke and extreme noise everywhere, especially the atrium was terrible. We will not cruise another NCL ship of this size and category. Too many people, too many lines.
Cabin was one of the highlights with an excellent stewart named Mark Allen.
It is a cool place but were put off by the landshak bar when we went in for a drink and found out the prices have gone up from the posted signs as you walk in. A little would have been ok but almost 50% was not.
