I’ll keep it somewhat short. First of all we are a low maintenance travelers but we do travel very frequently. We were booked in the worst cabin on the ship ( no joke) room 8403. It is below one of busiest crew stairwells on the entire ship ( which is a metal staircase). All night crew are pounding up and down all night right over your head, we didn’t sleep for the first 3 nights and the only thing guest services could do was give us earplugs until they could eventually get us another room. The worst part was that when I brought up the noise complaints to guest services they explained to me that this particular room has had a long history of noise complaints ( shocking ) and that they still continue to book people in it just blew me away. The nickel and diming on this ship was astounding. The only thing you dont pay for is the gym the pool and the hot tubs, anything and everything else is an up charge and way over priced. They add a 20% service charge to every thing food or beverage related you buy. I’m not a cheapskate but when you pay $34;00 for a frozen drink and a bourbon and coke with a 6 dollar service charge attached that’s just too much. The food at the buffet was very boring and did not have a whole lot of variety. There were some exceptional staff members but overall was not really impressed by the staff on this ship.
