We chose this cruise for the best bang for the buck and other positive reviews for this ship and the cruise director. This was our second cruise and first with Carnival. Overall we are very happy with Carnival and had no real issues. We thought there was more food options included and available with Carnival vs royal carribean. My wife also won us a shore excursion and some jewelry. We also thought all the crew and staff were way more upbeat than Royal Caribbean staff. We would go on this ship again.

Pros:

Guys burger joint and Pig and Anchor barbecue. The omelets in the buffet area. The breakfast in the formal dining room. MarQ the cruise director was great as a cruise director! A number of hottubs were available. The violinists and a few singers were excellent. We had no problems with embarkation or deembarkment.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4A

What I’d expect from an interior room. Some minor wear and a top shelf in bathroom had dust on it. Other than that beds were comfortable and turnover service was excellent.
