Great curb side luggage drop off

Excellent ship check-in, early access to room, luggage delivered by 2pm

Excellent food, Restaurants were different and wonderful

Nice ship, great crew

Now:

I had a nice (Appeared to be a little smaller) cabin with a big freakin window  Window and Shade.We get through customs, walk outside WINDY and Heavy Raining, told to take  ( long) WALK to the transfer point, GUESS WHAT, no BUS OR VAN to transport us, and Thank GOD for a GREAT Ft Lauderdale police officer she got us a Large Taxi cab to transport Us to Silhouette, BUT Cab driver does not know were Silhouette is docked, again we have to ask a police officer, he get on radio to find ship, EDGE HAD THE GREATEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN of All time, BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for ELITE PLUS guests with future cruises book.
