This was our 3rd cruise, 2nd in 3 years. Second with Norwegian. Last cruise was on Carnival. We really enjoyed the ship (Getaway). It was clean, layed out well, elevators were plentiful and fast. The pool was a joke, way too small.

Our dining experiences were not great by any standard. Norwegian promotes their dining as their strong point but with the exception of Moderno, the food and service were average or below AT BEST. Asking for coffee after a nice meal or iced tea with breakfast were painful experiences. The service at O'Sheehans was incredibly slow and staff not so friendly.

Ocean Blue was not worth the extra charge. However, we thoroughly enjoyed Moderno, both the food (exceptional) and the service (great)!

Very clean cabin. Steward was great. Liked the balcony.

Dining service a whole other story though. Poor service.
