We chose this Cruise for the itinerary and the "reputation" of the Cruse Line. A lesson in not believing in their own PR! They failed in every aspect of their published standards.
Dress Code in main dining venues simply ignored by management (i do not blame the guests) Food was rather Hit & Miss.The constant interruptions as the waiting staff are made to up-sell either drinks or substituting something at a cost, during every course of the meal absolutely spoiling the so-called experience Guest Services - poor. Having pre- booked Flowers, it took three visit over three days to make it happen (flowers done after four days). Tour Concierge, I approached to inquire for some information, as soon as it became clear that I was not booking, she just was not interested.
I had to regularly clean the seating on the balcony and wipe down the balustrade, as it became grime from the sea spray (the glass had not been cleaned for weeks)
The balcony and furniture did not seem to be part of the cleaning regime. we had two stewards over our cruise duration. Overall the Cabin was very clean.
