Booked this cruise for the exciting sounding itinerary. Singapore, Bangkok, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The ship is nearly 20 years old, but in fair condition, and has charm. It was easy to get around, with good lifts, and never felt overcrowded. The Cabin an Outside was a good size and clean and tidy, it had everything we needed but the Linens and towels were old and badly need replacing.
From the moment we boarded the Ship, Celebrity went into Up sell mode, Internet prices were extortionate, and the onboard shops sold nothing but high end goods such as very expensive watches like Rolex. Nothing useful like toiletries or sweets such as mints. We found the entertainment to be mixed some very good and some diabolical.
Cruise billed as Chinese New Year, Everything shut! No Dragons or firework celebrations in fact nothing to indicate it was New year. Good job we could get food in our Hotel
