Oh boy....where do I start?

Food: The food in the buffet was repetitive and unimaginative. The same deserts were circulated each day with ZERO options for diabetics. The staff did their job but were distant and aloof, There was no lobster night in the dining room (unless you want to pat for it). There was only one soft serve ice cream machine and it was only available on the two sea days at lunch in the spill over buffet on deck 16 (seriously?).

Entertainment: The theater decor was plain and drab, they served no drinks in the theater or had any glass holders on the arm rests. The shows were kind of ok but each one had the same cast members doing the same routine in different settings. You got a variation of this each night: Two flexible Asian girls, two Russian guys who did strength type things, a guy in a giant hoop who also spun a huge box around and three guys who did gymnastic flips around the stage. I must admit, the Michael Jackson tribute show on the last night was top notch. The comedy show was pathetic. It was an improv show that required audience participation.

Cabin Review

Bella Inside Stateroom

I realize that people have different experiences with this category because it's very subjective and most of it depends on the competency of your cabin steward. I won't call anyone out by name but let's just say that I had a French speaking male steward on deck 10. This guy had to be the slowest and most inefficient steward ever. I don't know when he ever got to sleep because he was always cleaning rooms late into the evening each day. He was ALWAYS the last one done and routinely missed things. For example: 1) We found hair all over the place from the previous occupant (yuck)....2) We ran out of hand soap on the sink dispenser. We took it upon ourselves to unscrew the empty container out from underneath the sink and laid it on the counter for him to replace one morning as we headed to breakfast. We returned later on and found a gallon of soap outside of our stateroom door in the hall. We assumed we were good to go. When we washed our hands, the dispenser was still empty. The guy actually screwed it back on EMPTY!.....3) On other occasions, his idea of cleaning the shower was to squirt a bunch of shower gel on the shower floor and then just leave it there. When we went to take a shower, it nearly turned into a bubble bath. I could go on but you get the picture. The television channels were few and we had no other news options other than CNN
