The ship it's self was just OK. We had a balcony cabin that was smaller than other lines we've used. There were no noise restrictions and people above us on their cell phones at 3AM on their balcony. When we complained to the front desk it was like talking to a wall.

I'm not a drinker but my wife is. When we wanted to purchase one deluxe drink package and one pop package we were not allowed to. We were told that we both had to purchase only the deluxe package. Sorry but I'm not ever going to pay $495.00 for one or two Coke's per day. That won't happen.

We went to the dining room meal only once and we were so rushed through our meal that we couldn't enjoy it. We then started to go to the Windjammer but that wasn't a good experience either. The room closed at 9PM sharp. That's great but their shows start at 7pm and ran until 8:45 or 9PM. Other of their on board restaurants advertised that they were open till 9PM but really were closing down at 7PM. On the last Saturday we went down to the Windjammer at 6:30 only to be told it was closed because of the Jewish Sabbath and they had paid to have a private dinner there. We were told we could go to eat pizza up on deck 5. Bad move, really bad move.

Cabin 2D

Cabin service was average at best. We had to ask for an ice bucket and ice each day. No glasses in the room to use to drinking ice water for teeth brushing or taking meds daily. If this is the way they save $'s then pick a different cruise line! Customer service stinks!

Port Reviews

Miami

The port was great. All we did was get on the ship.

St. Maarten

Good snorkeling experience. Super crew and a wonderful day.

San Juan

Worst snorkeling we've ever had. Over 70 people in a small area. I got kicked so many times in the face I went back to shore. I've been snorkeling for over 10 years and this was without a doubt the very worst.

Labadee

Great experience. Too bad the ship experience couldn't have met up to the standards of their own island. Beautiful water and good sunshine.
