Went with a group of friends who had been on the sister ship a year or two ago and liked it. Boarding was easy as was exiting ship on last day, well organized. Entertainment top shelf, shows were all terrific, Ma Mia cast exceptional. They also started in the other main show as well. Food overall was very good and plentiful. Ate mainly at main dining room at night, waiters bent over backward to provide exceptional service, food was mostly good with some misses. Meals at breakfast mostly at Windjammer. Food okay and many choices offered. Biggest issue was trying to find table for larger party, somewhat a madhouse nearly bumping in to others getting food, competing for tables and some days by 9:30 to 10 am big line at doors. Lunch mostly at Solarium, again food good but challenge to get table, even for groups of 4. At smaller food venues e.g. deli often too crowded to wait it out. Did not pay for any extra dining experiences on advice from our previous travelers. Worst problem is chairs a pool mid ships to front. By 9:30 AM every chair from pool side around bow on both sides including solarium had towels and other items reserving them despite signs saying not permitted. Only chairs were near smoking section in shade and in back on shady side. Disappointed at lack of entertainment in lounges before 9 PM, apparently there had been in the past but stopped. Given we went to dinner at 8 pm no music with drinks. Cabins are small. but were kept neat. Room attendants also were accommodating and aimed to please. Shopping in ship generally okay with lot choices but no bargains. Bought watch supposedly 35% off for $310 found on Amazon after I got home for $236. Buyer beware. Did not take any of RC excursions. Familiar with St. Maarten, knew what to expect in shopping in Phillipsburg. San Juan took a short bus tour then shopped. Again if stayed for longer time might have gone into Fort area more. Labadee ended up nice, but crowded and food there most mediocre. Overall had good time more due to company would take smaller ship next time.
