Find Below some observations:

• Embarkation procedure in Barcelona - made to wait for over 30 minutes in the cruise terminal hall after check-in.There was no general announcement as to why. In addition many had come directly from the airport and were tired, thirsty and hungry.There was no provision for refreshments made by NCL or the Port Authorities (the cafe had closed). NCL should have forseen these circumstances and ensured some kind of refreshments were available. This is compounded with the fact that some had emptied their water bottles at or prior to arrival at the cruise terminal and check-in in preparation for NCL's new policy regarding prohibition of bringing on any type of liquid.
