We have cruised the Breeze 3 times before; Mediterranean, TransAtlantic and Carribean. One of our top 5 ships. My top tip, study the ship to get around easily and join the programs and activities suited to yourself. We're hitting about 50 cruises on many different cruise lines. It really helps us. Some ships have a scavenger hunt first day which you get a stamp at each location on the ship and you are entered for a prize. You win because your vacation will so much better knowing the ship. My point, go find all the places you know you want to go but cover some more. The Breeze had talented singers and dancers are well rehearsed and put on some great shows in Theater and common areas. The Local Flavor Excursion in Dominican Republic covered a lot of ground in 5+ hours and well worth the $60. We had slow service the last evening in Dining Room -- we did not pay attention to our time that day. (We know better.) Go early or go late, but avoid rush hour on any ship. At the moment, we have plans at the moment for other Carnival ships and Princess ships. If the Breeze's itinerary and times fit our schecule in the future. We would enjoy the Breeze's Cloud 9 Spa again.
We missed a drawer when putting things away and were delighted with that space as well as a useful area behind TV.
Had a wonderful an long shore ecursion hitting many high points of the local environment, goverment, culture, food & drink, shopping and industry.
