Embarkation should have warned us what to expect,3 and a half hours in a filthy smelly derelict warehouse with no water or toilets and NO MSC STAFF

The staff are demotivated and disorganised very few taking any pride in their work

No one listened to anything you asked or said 

The ship is just waiting for a outbreak of norovirus

There was a pile of vomit on the floor staff ignored it for over half an hour

No hygiene standards,no hand cleaner at dining areas until the final day

Toilets often dirty and floors wet no toilet attendants and often not even toilet paper

We left Capetown with virtually no South African wine the food was very poor quality and some of the waiting staff actually apologised for what they were serving

When we complained about the standard of cleaning and food we were told by guest relations that the S.This was 3 4 day back to back cruises so we had the same meals and entertainment 3 times in 12 days it was like having a recurrent
