Oh Willy, No nightly chocolate on the pillow.. "What's that Willy? oh the NCL bird saying CHEAP CHEAP.. kind of indicative of the nickel and dime approach of NCL and many cruise lines..
I'll give the pros and cons.. stsrting with the Cons.. The Atrium .. customer service desk Very difficult to communicate with the desk personnel owing to the fact a movie,a dance class a cooking demo or some other noisy activity was taking place.. A few of the NCL staf complained they went with headaches at the end of the day due to the noise..
The Casino... air quality awful smoking was allowed in some areas not clearly designated.. low ceilings didn't help..also had comp drink card for the Casino charged 2X for drinks.. had to run around to get charges removed..

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom
Aft ..problem as on a previous NCL cruise soot fine black particles on the balcony.. Ulysses yes that's his name.. put an inverted bath tub mat down by the balcony door to prevent tracking..Room was good.. smaller than a HAL room Ulysses was outstanading.. service with a smile .. got us better pillows.. Suugestion for all cruiselines.. Why not put an electrical plug near or on the night stand.. I use A CPAP machine and have to run an extension cord aal the way across the floor up to the mirror..
