We chose this cruise as a birthday gift for my son and he was excited for the go karts and water slides. The ship itself is beautiful and the staff, if you can get their attention, are pleasant enough. The food was mediocre to fair at best. We never got a hot meal. It was always lukewarm. Bread got soft or soggy and stale fast under the food covers. Even the pay restaurants failed to impress. Q was underwhelming. Teppanyaki while entertaining and the best food so far was only ok. With that being said, we will probably never sail on a mega ship again. Way too many people and not enough staff to handle it. Forget getting a seat in the atrium if there's anything going on. And they never enforce the 30 minute rule at the pool. If you're not out by 6 a.m. you're lucky to find anything. We found a good spot but I won't divulge it here because it will get ruined on it's own in time. Go karts were ok but definitely not worth the $200 we paid for our son for the week. They need to put it back to $100. The wait times to ride are ridiculous. I much prefer the smaller ships like the Pacific Princess or the NCL Pearl. So if crowds and mediocre food with long lines are your thing, this is the ship for you. We won't be back.

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MA

This was a mini suite. Bathroom was a good size. The rest was balcony room size.
