For the price I would have expected more 

Upgrade seems to be there key word I would think that in day and age Internet would be included without an up charge

If at the end of the cruise you have a balance coming to you why would you not credit your  credit card they are quick enough to bill it

Would look at other cruise lines in thechose cruise for Panama canal 

Columbia is a waste of time ship should find alternate port,same with Colon Panama canal crossing was nice 

Buffet breakfast was poor  prepared eggs ,pancakes and french toast cold 

Diner selection questionable Mongolian night Spanish night desserts tasted like frozen desserts you get at a supermarket.
