Poor concierge service. Some of the staff was abrupt and less than helpful. There were few in room amenities of meaningful value. No in room water bottles, or canned soda. Daily snacks were nothing more than what was available at the buffet. Internet speed and up time reliability was awful. WiFi calling not possible on either of our new phones - one Verizon & one ATT. We were on the Celebrity Edge the week before this cruise and both phones and our PCs worked great there. Haven Lounge at boarding had the appearance of being just a converted storage closet and staffed by young personnel more interested in their cell phones than the guests. Service time at dinning was exceptionally long day one, but did improve with subsequent sailing days. Much of the common areas were very crowded and the primary passenger clientele seemed to be more of a Carnival Party Boat cruise type than a "family" oriented population. Not a very safe environment for young children to roam free of parents.
