We are platinum members with the Carnival Cruise line. We have been loyal to them because we enjoy the fun on the fun ship. We did a B2B January 2- 19...eastern/western Caribbean. The quality of the food, especially on the buffet, and the temperature of the ship were our main complaints. We didn't go on a Caribbean cruise to freeze in our room, the dining room and all lounges. We didn't go to one comedy show because it was just too cold. We tried to go - we bundled up in sweaters, jackets and blankets. Embarkation and disembarkation went well with no complaints, we didn't really enjoy the entertainment because unfortunately we saw most of the evening shows and it was just too cold to use the Ebony lounge where the comedy shows are held. We did enjoy the Blue Bar where karaoke is held. We went to the cruise critic meeting where we spoke with our cruise director about the temperature and he attributed it to the ship being cooled by zones that they can't control individual rooms. We didn't enjoy these two cruises at all.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4B

The cabin was decent...it was just freezing. We took off the vent and put a towel and a magazine in it...that made it somewhat bearable.
