We have been on 10 cruises and this ship was the largest. 4000 people and we did not notice it to be overcrowded in any one place with the exception of O'Sheehans on one day following an excursion. Book your reservations to activities early; ie specialty restaurants and shows . This will save you from aggravation later. The cruise was very enjoyable in many ways. We noticed there were only one server per table at dinner where on all other cruises we had 2 servers. This adds time to dinner, expect dinners to be 60 minutes or more. Good assortment of food but time restraints will be the normal. We had a arrogant and a condescending Hostess at the Ocean Blue restaurant. The Mgr. was called and took care of this lady who needs a lesson on Customer Service but this was the only rude person we encountered in the 10 day cruise. She should be eliminated or this is NOT a restaurant we would suggest.Mr Sanchos Beach is the best beach in Cozumel, we would highly recommend this stop while you are there. The Highlight of the cruise has to be the Martha Rae bamboo rafting in Ocho Rios, Don't miss this relaxing experience while you are there
