This was our second cruise with Norwegian, first time on the Epic. We were surprised by our disappointment on the service, food quality and terrible entertainment.

The ship is starting to look very tired and is in need some upgrades. The pool, very underwhelming considering that there are 4000 people aboard and the pool is no bigger than a hot tub. The hot tubs were cold anytime during our 11 days on board. I was surprised that they still allow smoking inside the casino since children could walk through at any time.

Our cabin was well equipped given we traveled with our 12 year old daughter and 7 year old son, however, we were not happy with the lack of cold water provided to our shower and therefore had to be very careful when we showered to avoid being scalded. When there are four people staying in a cabin it would be nice to have more chairs for the balcony.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B5

Cabin was clean and tidy and our attendant Junming was very attentive and helpful. We had little cold water and had to get it fixed half way through. All in all, good cabin for the size of our family.
