Chose this first time carnival cruise, I was very disappointed. First off the twin bed like sleeping on a hard board. Housekeeping was average rooms were clean. The extra outdoor space enjoyed the outdoor deck movies and entertainmentt. Bars were pleasant not much afterdinner show. Now to food main dinning room menu was nothing special no table clothes and the Bruno Mars dance number was loud was only disguised the time it took to be served. Buffet was average the good dinning was at additional cost. Heaven help you if you have a customer service unless you’re used to being talked down to and intimidated. Besides the beautiful islands the cloud spa was top notch. I have been on several cruises this rates at the bottom. Poor to average rating.
