We were going on a family vacation with twelve people in 7 cabins including 4 teenagers and wantedall ages to have fun. The ship’s public spaces were tired looking and needed repairs.
The breakfast, lunch and pool areas were understaffed.
Our cabin had ongoing problems with the shower that they could not seem to fix.

Our shower flooded our room and soaked the bedroom carpet.
They put a fan on during the day and sent plumbers.
We were not able to use our cabin during the 3 days of repair and the problem was not resolved. Instead of a River when we stepped out of the tub, we encountered a lake.
Our floor was always wet or covered with towels. We were uncomfortable and not enjoying ourselves
