This was my first cruise. It wasn’t well organised. On arrival nobody assisted us with anything. We were left to wonder the ship figuring things out for ourselves. Some things we only found out towards the end of the cruise. One of us fell ill on board, only to be informed they were sold out of meds. Sold out!?

During the cruise dinner arrangements were really poor. Our designated table was taken and we had no seats. Nobody assisted and we weren’t permitted to use another table or restaurant. We were left to order (and pay for) room service and to use the specialty restaurant (and pay for that too). When asking reception for anything they were just plain rude and arrogant.

Embarkation incolved standing in a queue for three hours watching buses of guests, presumably booked by travel agents, being given priority boarding. Yes we tried purchasing easy on board beforehand, only to be told they’re sold out.
