We chose this cruise for itinerary, home port, and date. Arrived at port at 11:00 and walked right on ship. Others in our group that were not platinum were on only minutes later. I thought the service was great and cheerful all around. We had a cabin facing front on deck 10 and really liked it. My brother had a cove balcony and loved being close to the water especially one night when the waves were about 15 feet according to the captain. We chose early dining and were in the upper level of the middle restaurant (Sapphire). The lower level was for Your Time Dining and we usually had no wait for doors to open at 6:00. Several times we arrived a few minutes early and several people were already seated. The service was the best we had in years. The dining staff actually even had time to interact with us!

Cabin Review

Interior with Picture Window (obstructed views)

Cabin 4J

It was on lido deck facing forward and last one next to door to outside deck which was not a problem. The cabin was larger than the ones in center due to curve of ship. My sister had 7206 and it was nice but quite a bit smaller.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

We went to the large pool right at dock and rented 2 umbrellas. Also there are free water slides! Fun and so nice.

San Juan

2 hour tour of highlights old and new towns.

Grand Turk

We love Grand Turk for a nice relaxing time on a beach that is right off the pier. And the water color is the best!
