My friend “won” this cruise but it still cost us $665 just to take before we upgraded to a balcony and added excursions.

There was chaos on boarding day that left us standing for 2 hours from appointed time before we got on ship. No explanation by NCL. Excursions were cancelled that shouldn’t have been and no advance notice on ones canceled due to weather. No explanation and no apologies.

Bars were solidly pact, yet bartenders were mostly rude, especially in Atrium, and others were standing around and not helping. Plus liquor was either watered down or poor quality liquor put in expensive bottles. House wines were undrinkable. Read more
