We have sailed with RCL several times aboard the Explorer, Quantum and Anthem. It seems to us that RCL is cheaping out. There is no filet mignon offered in the dining tables unless you want to pay more. Would one night kill RCL's budget to offer filet mignon? Better bring your own body lotion, cause if you booked anything below a suite it's not going to be in your cabin. Your steward will get it for you, but have to ask. The soda machines work some of the time. But never all of the time. Seems like a lot of money for machines that don't work. The shampoo is in a dispenser on the shower wall... like Carnival. RCL used to be a quality cruise line. Now it's just OK, how sad. On a brighter note, our cabin steward, wait staff in the dining room and managed in the dining room were excellent. They could not do enough for the guests.
