We wanted to travel the Rhine with all the scenic castles. The ship was well appointed and the staff and service was outstanding. The upper deck was perfect for viewing and enjoying the sunshine. The included excursions were enjoyable, however some were more strenuous than advertised. Food quality and service were fantastic definitely first class. The ship’s destinations were interesting, historic and beautiful.

We especially enjoyed our visit to Rudesheim. The town itself is very quaint and geared to the tourist trade. That includes not only the cruise crowd, but local Germans seeking good food an fantastic entertainment. Do not pass up this excursion.

All of the excursions were fantastic, but it was always nice to get back to the ship. It was always docked in the center of town, making it easy to step off for a quick visit to a local cafe.

Cabin Review

Veranda Stateroom

Very tiny. Compared to Ocean cruise cabins, this was cramped.
