Have cruised with Celebrity before. This was the bottom of the pile. Continued loss of amenities and anything resembling modern luxury. Minimal entertainment or on board activities. Harried, yet slow service in Main Dining Room. Example, being seated while table still being set, tables too close together and too muck tableware for the size of table. Food average, but seafood uniformly dry. Pastry needs improvement. Peculiar menus, similingly without cohesion.

You are getting transportation, room and board and not much more. Everything else is an upcharge, including service. Even TV is below basic.

Staff tries, but I believe corporate policies are the issue, overhaul won’t change these things. Read more
