Sail Date: Oct 2018

My 1st cruise and my other halfs 2nd TA re-positioning cruise.

The Britannia is a great ship, and we enjoyed our holiday the chance to wind down from work for several days before in the Caribbean was great.

I found the ship to be very clean and tidy, however I will say the colour pallate is a little on the neutral side and not to every ones taste.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Clean and well kept, with sufficient storage. Though slightly disappointed with only just being above the lifeboats, not a great view of the sea.

Port Reviews

Madeira (Funchal)

Lovely town, very pretty and great just to walk around.

Southampton

Excellent Embarkation. Arrived early and we were on board within about 45 mins.

Martinique

We stopped here unexpectedly as a passenger needed medical attention, only available here.

A lovely island, it feels very Mediterranean, spent the day wondering around town.

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Walking out of the Port area felt decidedly unsafe, so we ventured back to the ship after about 2 hours shopping.

St. Lucia

Great excursion, would have love more time in St Lucia, very pretty.
