Embarkation: Honestly this was the most disorganized embarkation I've had with NCL. When we got to the terminal we were suppose to get a number and then be called up in groups to check in. Unfortunately the lady didn't; tell us this and we figured it out when we say someone with a number. After that we finally got in line and made our way to the ship. Stateroom: Our stateroom was a mini-suite #11556. This is our second time in a mini-suite and we are now spoiled and like one each time. Our cabin steward was Vicente. He introduced himself the second he saw us and was very helpful, polite and friendly all week. The mini-suite is very nice, the bathroom fantastic, and overall it was a great stay. If I had to say one improvement that would be a different location of the closet for future ship building. Its very very close to the bed and I found myself hitting my head everytime I bent down to get something on a bottom shelf. Dining: We ate at the buffet, Cagneys, La Cucina, Endless Summer, Versailles, and Aqua. We enjoyed the variety of food on the ship and be sure and checkout the omelette station in the pool area for breakfast. The most pleasant surprise was Endless Summer. The Mexican food was fantastic the portions are very generous. Don't forget the chocoholic buffet also, ours was on Thursday night. Ports- We had beautiful weather at all the ports and found them all enjoyable. We did a whale watch in Cabo San Lucas and actually saw whales and a school of dolphins. The rock formations are beautiful as the ship sailed into the port. There was definitely a fun atmosphere in Cabo San Lucas. In Mazatlan we took a tour of the city and went to the beach There is a beautiful church in townwhich is a must see. There are a lot of vendors on the beach and I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses for 10 dollars. Puerto Vallerta is the most commercialized of the 3. We took a taxi downtown to El Malecon which is the flea market located near the beach. There are beautiful sand sculptures all along the beach which runs parallel to downtown. Entertainment- We mainly watched the Jean Ann Ryan company shows which were great as usual. There is also a duo in the atrium playing violins and they are fantastic. Also Ray the cruise director is very funny and does a great job.

Pool area: On a personal note, I didn't like the way the pool area was set up as compared to the NCL Sun or Dawn. There is a hugh waterslidefor kids which was a total obstruction of the view of the pool when sitting on the side near the bar. Also not all the jacuzzis were open on the week we sailed.

Disembarkation: Be sure and do the bags program, its well worth the money. We had a very smooth disembarkation.
