We wanted a longer cruise, as we love the days on the water. The ship was lovely, especially enjoy the atrium, Music was offered several times a day in several areas, we enjoyed it in the atrium especially. The International Café on deck 5 is a true plus for Princess line. You can get choices of Panani sandwiches and desert offered 24/7.

The days at sea offer many options for your pleasure. Classes, games and activities.

The staff was exceptional and friendly. The food in the dining room was excellent, wonderful menu choices. The shows were good, some of the guest entertainers were excellent, even offering a second show in another venue area. I especially enjoyed the Spanish class, held every day at sea. It was like a college class squeezed into 10 days.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin IE

Our inside cabin was at the front of the ship on deck 10. It was very convenient for getting to the shows in the Princess theater. It also worked well for classes that took place at the front.

The atrium and the dining rooms were in the center, so easy to get to also. The longest walk was for the buffet on the Lido deck (15), and enjoying the outside open area at the rear of the ship. Our cabin was perfect and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom small, but perfect for our needs. The TV had limited channels, movies on a few and political news on two channels. I would prefer a regular news channel, no politics.

Plenty of storage space and a good working safe. Mirrors on two walls make the room appear larger, which is nice.

Our room steward was excellent, always helpful. We thank you Steward. Tse________

Port Reviews

Hilo

Only a few people on the mini bus, made for a very nice tour of 4 stops. Easy for people that cannot walk a lot. Driver dropped us off at Walmart, as per our request and we took a boat shuttle back to the dock

Maui

Took a free bus to Hilo Hatties shop. Went to Walmart and returned to ship.

Honolulu

Son rented a car and we drove around the island for 5 hours. Very enjoyable and scenic.

Kauai

Walked around the port shops. Interesting. We stopped for a drink at a local restaurant.

Ensenada

I did not expect much from Ensenada stop, but was pleasantly surprised. We took the bus to town (4.00 RT) and went to McDonalds. We walked around, looked at the shops and then found our way to the fish market. The displays were worth seeing, especially the shrimp. Found a small restaurant, ate shrimp taco's and my husband had the best scvechie, with loads of shrimp he has ever had. We really enjoyed Ensenada.
