My husband and I was celebrating our 13th year wedding anniversary. Hoping to enjoy, only to find out that Norwegian Breakaway was far the worst cruise Ship that we have sail on. The Entertainment was horrible. Poor food selection; we had to ask for food and had to wait over 45 minutes to get the food. Poor customer service and management skills in guest services. Only to say that the excursions was over priced.

Emergency evacuation sound system was too low. We had several emergency delays on the ship. We could not hear the Captain speaking in our stake room, I had to go into the hallway and listen, only to see several others guest doing the same.

Even in the main Theatre the emergency announcements was too low to hear. Embarkation was outside and the staff was very unprofessional. Debarkation: It took 2 hours for us to get off this ship. Long lines and full evaluators. One thing for sure, I will not recommend this Ship to anyone. Read more
