Sail Date: Jan 2019

One elevator was out of service for the entire cruise. later towards the end of the cruise, 2 elevators were out of service. people got stuck in them.

TV was not working

Phone was not working. Could not even call the maintenance or guest services.

Ice cream machine had technical issues and stopped serving half way through the cruise.

This was the line for the guest services each and every day.

All ATMs on board stopped working.

Stopped serving ice later through the cruise.
