This is the saddest review I have ever written. We feel let down and ripped off. And we are embarrassed that we believed the hype. We thought the infinite verandah room would feel like a verandah room. It feels like an ocenview room with a window that opens when the Captain and the weather allow it. We thought we would love Eden, it was awful. The entertainment there was no better than our daughter's summer camp show. We thought we would find fun souvenirs of the new ship to purchase. There was nothing affordable. We thought we would love the ambiance. Instead, we literally wore earplugs whenever we left the room, that is how loud it was. We thought we would meet new people at trivia and other games. Instead, we were unable to play at all without an electronic device, and ours were not compatible with their system. We wanted to comment on all of these things, but they don't even provide comment cards. So we come, sadly, to this Forum to say that we can't see ourselves ever cruising on an Edge class ship again.
