We love Carnival , just not this ship. If you have never been on other carnival ships or this was your first cruise it was ok ,but I would suggest you try another ship and see what you are missing. Room service was very good but that was the only thing on par with their other ships. MDR service was slow and poor, waiters mixed up orders and we had to repeatedly ask for things such as after dinner coffee. A lot of the events we attended were unorganized and were late getting started. The casino , which I tend to spend a lot of time in , was lackluster and had no feeling of energy and excitement. Workers very unfriendly. Liquor purchased onboard was not delivered to your cabin on the last night,but had to be picked up at 6am in one of the lounges the last morning. This was a mess! I got their about 5:40 to find about 30 people waiting . By the time came to pick up your order there were probably about 150 tired people outside fighting over which way the line was running and who got to go in first. Employees on hand just stood by and made no attempt to intervene into a situation that was not going well. If this would have been our first cruise we might hesitate going back but experience tells us not to judge by this ship. we are already book on Carnival again ,but will not go back on this ship again.
