  3. Carnival Conquest
Stepping on board the Conquest and your party begins! Entertainment and enthusiasm from the crew was so fun and energizing. From sail away to the very last night this Carnival crew was fabulous. The dining options were plenty and the variety of food venues was no exception. The ports of call were great. We got off the ship at each port, whether it was to enjoy a beach day or take in an excursion. We sat on the beach in Princess Cays where chairs were free and plentiful and the views were stunning. Our stop at Grand Turk was gorgeous where we were mesmerized by the beautiful blue water and great sandy beaches. Curaçao was where we took our first excursion and had a great tour of some of Curaçao’s most famous highlights. Aruba was our last port and we certainly saved the best for last. We also took an excursion here called, “The Highlights of Aruba”, and learned so much about its history and culture. The entire cruise was filled with more entertainment and adventures than I expected. Having the opportunity to travel the high seas and to be able to visit places in the Caribbean that I’ve never been to is such a joy. There’s no vacation like a cruising vacation!

Enjoyed all of the best of cruising!

Cabin Review

Interior
Cabin 4E 7420
This cabin was sufficient for our needs. I travelled with my Mother in Law and our accommodations were as expected. The size of our cabin was good for two people and it had plenty of drawers and closet space for all of our clothes and personal items. The bathroom size was also as expected, plenty of room for our toiletries and basic needs.

Port & Shore Excursion Reviews

  • Aloe Balm Facility
We were picked up right at the port terminal and had several tourist stops along with the Aloe plant. The stops included the Natural Bridge, The Alto Vista Church and the California Lighthouse. Our walking tour of the Aruba Aloe Plant was very informative and a great introduction to the many healthful benefits of using Aloe. The stops we made on this tour were interesting and memorable. The bus driver/tour guide Clifton was enlightening and humorous, we had a great time and this was an awesome tour. One of my most favorite in all of my cruising excursions out of eight different cruises I’ve been on!

  • Jewish Heritage Tour
There were several stops relating to the long standing Jewish Heritage in Curacao and also several stops relating to the great history of Curaçao. A wonderful combination of stops to give a well rounded excursion of history in Curacao.
