My wife and I chose this cruise to for our honeymoon. We had signed up to get the packages at a good price and made a few excursions for when we got off the ship. For these parts I had no issues. Unfortunatly it was on the ship that I feel like there wasn’t much customer service. When we went to Taste and Savor for a couple of nights we got stuck waiting 20 minutes before we got to meet our waiter and get water. This was on top of already waiting about 20 min outside to get in. Felt like the comedy shows were sub par, but then again we are in our late 20’s so maybe they were gearing the comedy to the 60 year olds. And with any of the drinks if you went to the bar after 3 o clock they would only pour half shots. I also feel like there was a lot of wasted space on the deck for just sitting or the private areas. This just caused everyone to be cramming into 4 small hot tubs on a cruise of over 2000 people. I was not impressed for something that was suppose to be an amazing trip with my wife. The trip was saved by third party booked excursions.
