Loyal Princess Cruiser....Fifth cruise to HI and it had been a favorite in the past. Wow was this trip a disappointment. No invitation for the Captains Circle party or hor'd menu. Learned about it from another guest....ordered appetizers on another night and they were never delivered. Sheets changed once on 15 day cruise, Ice bucket not delivered. Elite Gold bag half filled and with two hair conditioner tubes. Had to ask for pen and notepad, (not a big deal, but just another missing element)...." Ice" cold poached eggs, TWICE in dining room. Hostess asked for room number from me and other guests who received same, neither of us received any response. Shows a big disappointment. Too inexperienced a cruise director. No general Elite information as in the past.and on and on... A terrible experience in one of the dining rooms where, as a single, I was seated at a table for 6 since "I would be seated sooner"... after twenty-five minutes I was still alone at the table and waiter then suggested I might as well order....Not Good! Sorry Princess but you have really fallen down in numerous ways. Only the Captain seemed on top of his job and was very sociable and pleasant, and I met some lovely table partners. I will never take this particular cruise again and I'm wondering what has happened to Princess and if I want to use any of my future cruise credits....
