We wanted to try the newest of the Holland ships, so we booked with Nieuw Statendam for our 2 weeks cruise for Christmas and New Year. We were looking forward to this cruise, and our over-all experience exceeded our expectations !
The embarkation went smoothly and quick; we were in our room in 20 minutes and had lunch thereafter.
Our room with Ocean view at the Main deck was very spacious, with lots of room for everything. Our room steward Aries really kept the room clean and tidy; he is efficient hard working young man.
