Everything about this cruise would have been just outstanding had it not been for the fact that Princess tried to fool my taste buds. First, the coffee in the buffet and dining rooms was not brewed. It came from a magical plumbing pipe fitted to the counter top. Where was the fresh ground brewing machine? Gone... now it's come down to a coffee syrup mixed with hot water.

Food ingredients used to prepare entree sauces, puddings, pies and other deserts tasted like factory made out of a can or 5 gallon plastic tub. Lots of chemicals used to emulsify and cheat our senses of "real" ingredients. Apple pie was an insult to "Mom".

Entertainment not so good either. Most of the dancers and singers seemed like rejects from "American Idol" and "So You Think You Can Dance". What's with this?! It's a trend across the cruise lines that's a real disappointment.
