Sail Date: Oct 2018
Cabin: Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

It was a very small cabin and we could not even put suitcases away or under the bed. We had no hot water in the cabin for 4 days.despite assurances from Cutomer Service staff s that it was being fixed.

It was sold as a concierge cabin but we did not have a concierge waiter or any service. We could not make a Wifi connection because a poor signal in the cabin despite being offered "free Wif" as part of the deal. The computer room did have a better connection but that was down for 24hours.. There were no external TV services for the first week of the voyage due to a "problem with the satellite". Despite many problems the Customer service staff did very little to help and the cruise did not live up to the reputation of an upmarket cruise line.

Since our return we have complained and were told that our complaints had been and were offered an increased on-board spend on our next cruise. When we pointed out that we were inlikely to go another cruise with their Company "they were disappointed".

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A2

The cabin described as a Concierge Stateroom was small and the toilet and shower were very cramped reminiscent of an overnight Ferry. Despite being described as Concierge room there was no Concierge waiter or any special service.
